Shipments and returns

Goods are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, weekends and holidays excepted, and are shipped via carrier, post or Amazon fulfillment, as appropriate.  For urgently required goods next day deliveries can usually be arranged, subject to stock availability, at additional cost, so please contact us if needed.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as transport or postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the delivery location. We cannot always group orders for multiple product items as the warehouse/shipping points may be different, and shipping fees may apply to each of them.

Returns will normally only be arranged without cost if the goods supplied are incorrect or damaged. In other cases, where a return is agreed, the cost of return will be your responsibility. In all cases please contact us first to make suitable arrangements.
