DELIVERIES - We dispatch orders on weekdays only. Deliveries are sent using fully tracked next day services, in most cases, for UK Mainland addresses. Small, low value, parcels are send on standard courier or postal traced services. Delivery charges are included in our prices for UK mainland Zone 1 destinations. Charges may be added for shipments to the Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, these will be shown at time of purchase. SHIPPING - Orders completed before 8am on Mondays and 9am Tuesday to Friday are generally dispatched the same day, weekends and holidays excepted. There is no weekend service for standard carrier deliveries. Packages leaving our stores on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays do not reach the carrier until the next working day. Saturday and urgent, timed, deliveries can usually be arranged at extra cost - please enquire.
PAYMENTS - Our website uses secure technology. All payments are conducted off-site directly with our payment portal providers, Stripe or Paypal. For your security we do not see, collect or store any payment card or bank details.
RETURNS - Return shipments can only be arranged without cost if goods are incorrectly supplied or damaged. In other cases, if you notify us within 14 days of delivery, goods may be returned for refund. Return carriage costs will be your responsibility. Goods cost will be refunded subject to receipt in an undamaged, saleable condition. In all cases please contact us first to make suitable arrangements - we will always try to help. Note: For discretionary returns (change of mind, wrongly ordered items, etc.) we reserve the right to make a repacking, restocking, handling charge - typically 15%.
