StrataStruct Aluminium Support Framework Systems

StrataStruct 30 is an aluminium joist framework system used to create platforms for decking and paving, or frameworks for enclosures. This highly versatile system, with a range of fittings to allow easy extension and fitting of cross beams or overlap joints, is perfect for Decks, Paver Installations, Shed Bases and more.

The use of 2-Way and 4-Way adaptors guarantees perfect fitting onto StrataRise Low Profile, Multi-Level and Hercules pedestals for easy levelling and height adjustment.

Cross shaped spacers (available for 2, 3, 4 and 5mm joints), can be attached to the joists to enable equidistant laying of tiles for outdoor flooring.

Wood or WPC decking planks can be fitted to the joists using hidden clip systems, or directly using self-drilling stainless steel screws.

Adaptors are made of PP (polypropylene), the joist of aluminium and the connectors are made of PA (polyamide) .

This product is used in the construction of supporting structures for the laying of outdoor decking and paving. It is recommended that pedestal supports are placed every 50cm.

The StrataStruct low profile joist system has been developed for use in areas where threshold heights are a consideration.  the system offers the same flexibility and range of uses as the standard 30mm high system. With a wider profile than the standard 30mm high system this joist is particularly well suited to the support of pavers providing a good area of support and cushioning with the optional acoustic rubber bead inlay.
